The Northwest Missouri region has seen crop improvement this year.
Wayne Flanary, Field Specialist with the University of Missouri Extension Service, says that Yield Monitors, technologies used to help record how crops are varying, helped discover that this year's harvest has been better than usual.
Flanary cites the improvements to better environmental conditions even though it's been a bit dry.
